This promotion (“Promotion”) includes Offer 1 which is valid from 1 November - 31 December 2017 while offer 2 is valid from 9 - 12 November 2017, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”):

(A) General Terms and Conditions
  • To be eligible for this Promotion, you must be a registered member ("Club Member") of The Club, a loyalty program operated by Club HKT Limited ("The Club"). 
  • ZALORA (Hong Kong) Limited (“ZALORA”) and/or The Club reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. 
  • This reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or cash coupons, and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
  • This Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of The Club. For enquires and more details, please visit www.theclub.com.hk or call The Club's service hotline at 1833000. In case of any disputes, the decision of ZALORA and The Club shall be final.
  • In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. 
(B) ZALORA 20% discount offer (“Offer”)
  • Promo code is only valid for a net minimum spending of HK$500 in one single transaction.
  • The Promo Code may not be used in conjunction with any other Promo Codes.
  • Participants will only be able to earn Clubpoints from the net value (excludes shipping costs & discount) of their successful orders (excludes invalid, cancelled, returned and exchange items).
  • This offer is valid on http://zalora.com.hk only; Promo Code and The Club membership ID must be entered upon checkout to be effective.
  • The Promo Code does not apply for certain excluded brands as set out at www.zalora.com.hk/faq-non-sale/.
  • The Terms of Service set out at www.zalora.com.hk/terms-of-service/ shall apply to all uses of the Promo Code.
(C) 3X Clubpoints reward(“ClubpointsReward”)
  • This Clubpoints Reward is only applicable to Club Memberswho make a net purchase HK$500 in one single transaction at ZALORA and key-in the Promo Code 「THECLUB1111」and The Club membership ID must be entered upon checkout to be effective during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”).
  • Only The Club member who had made purchase via ZALORA and provided a valid The Club membership number at check-out, will be eligible to earn Clubpoints.
  • In case of any refund made within 30 days free return period after the purchase at ZALORA, the refund amount is not eligible for Clubpoints earning.
  • Clubpoints will be credited to theClub member's account within 8 weeks after confirmation of transaction and 30-day return policy.
  • This Clubpoints Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents.
