Terms & Conditions
  1. You must register as a member of The Club in order to earn Clubpoints.
  2. Members must activate their membership account at The Club in order to earn Clubpoints.
  3. The double Clubpoints promotion offer is valid for accommodation booked between June 28 to August 31, 2017, both dates inclusive. The stay must be completed on or before September 30, 2017.
  4. Only members of The Club making hotel bookings via the dedicated website as listed above, and settling payment for such accommodation, and providing a valid membership number for The Club when making a reservation, will be eligible to earn Clubpoints.
  5. Clubpoints will be credited to a member’s account four to six weeks after completion of an eligible hotel stay.
  6. This offer is non transferrable.
  7. There is no limit to the number of times bonus Clubpoints can be earned during the promotion period.
  8. This offer is applicable only to certain prepaid hotel bookings, for which Agoda is the party handling and receiving payment directly from members.
  9. Clubpoints credited cannot be exchanged for cash nor cash equivalents.
  10. The hotel rooms charges vary from time to time and discount percentage is calculated from the list price offered by the hotels.

  12. The Club makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services, or information provided by Agoda. The Club shall not be liable for any matters arising from or in connection with the products, services, or information provided by Agoda. Members should direct any queries or complaints to Agoda.
  13. Other terms and conditions dictated by Club HKT Limited and Agoda apply.
  14. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of this promotion’s materials and terms and conditions, the English shall apply and prevail.
  15. In the event of dispute, decisions made by Club HKT Limited and Agoda International (Hong Kong) shall be final.
