Culture Homes - Extra Clubpoints offer for Mother's Day

Terms & Conditions
Members of The Club can earn Clubpoints when making a purchase at designated Culture Homes Signature Store outlets between January 15, 2018 and December 31, 2018.
  1. In order to qualify for these Clubpoints, you must be a member of The Club (“Club Member”), which is a loyalty program operated by Club HKT Limited (“Club Member”), which is a loyalty program operated by Club HKT Limited (“The Club”).
  2. ​These Clubpoints are available from January 15, 2018 to December 31, 2018, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
  3. Club Members making retail purchases based on a single transaction at designated outlets of Culture Homes (Outlet Stores Wholesale Centre) Ltd at any time during the Promotion Period (the “Single Eligible Transaction”) may be entitled to Clubpoints as follows: Spending between HK$500.0 and HK$799.9 entitles the buyer to 50 Clubpoints; spending between HK$800.0 and HK$1,499.9 entitles the buyer to 100 Clubpoints; spending between HK$1,500.0 and HK$3,999.9 entitles the buyer to 300 Clubpoints; spending more than HK$4,000 entitles the buyer to 1,000 Clubpoints.
  4. Only Club Members making a purchase at the stores listed above, settling payment and providing a valid membership number for The Club when making an order will qualify to earn Clubpoints.
  5. The Clubpoints Reward will be credited to the Club Members’s membership account at The Club four to six weeks after purchase.
  6. These Clubpoints Reward are not transferrable.
  7. There is no limit to the number of times bonus Clubpoints can be earned during the Promotion Period.
  8. Culture Homes (Outlet Stores Wholesale Centre) Ltd is the party handling and receiving payment directly from members of The Club.
  9. Clubpoints cannot be exchanged for cash or equivalents.
  10. The Club shall not be responsible or liable for the quality of – or any other matters relating to – the products and services provided by Culture Homes (Outlet Stores Wholesale Centre) Ltd, which is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to provision of products and services.
  11. Terms and conditions apply as dictated by The Club and Culture Homes (Outlet Stores Wholesale Centre) Ltd. The Club and Culture Homes (Outlet Stores Wholesale Centre) Ltd reserve the right to vary or cancel the Promotion and/or amend or alter these terms and conditions periodically without notice. In the event of dispute, decisions made by The Club and Culture Homes (Outlet Stores Wholesale Centre) Ltd shall be final and binding.   12. In the event of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English shall prevail.
Clubpoints rebate offer to desginated items from Culture Homes:
  1. In order to be eligible for this rebate of Clubpoints (“Clubpoints Rebate”), you must be a member ("Club Member") of The Club, which is a loyalty program operated by Club HKT Limited (“The Club”).
  2. This Clubpoints Rebate is available from May 1, 2018 to May 31, 2018, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Club Membermust claim designated items at The Club’s website (https://redeem.theclub.com.hk/en-us/) during the Promotion Period in order to receive a rebate of up to 150 Clubpoints.
  3. An Eligible transaction  involves redemption of Clubpoints or redemption of Clubpoints plus a  payment (“Eligible Transactions”). An Eligible Transaction does not include purchase of Clubpoints, conversion of Clubpoints into points relating to any other loyalty program, transfer of Clubpoints or bill credits with Clubpoints.
  4. A Clubpoints Rebate will be credited to a Club Member’s account between four to six weeks after the Promotion Period.
  5. This Clubpoints  Rebate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount or cash coupon, and is non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products.
  6. Redemption and collection of reward items are subject to availability. 
  7. No refund or exchange is applicable to redemption of Clubpoints, and Clubpoints will be deducted immediately from The Club Member’s membership account.
