      Terms & Conditions
      1. Members of Club HKT ("The Club") can purchase a $500 discount voucher for $200 and earn 200 bonus Clubpoints when making a “Voyager of the Seas” reservation at Miramar Travel retail shop. Limited stocks are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
      2. Full payment (Credit card payment) will be charged on receipt of booking confirmation.
      3. Discount Vouchers sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
      4. Upon the completion of the purchase, an e-redemption letter will be sent to the member. E-redemption letter will not be re-issued at any circumstances.
      5. Each discount voucher can be used once only.
      6. This discount voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.  Each person can use this discount voucher once per booking. This discount voucher is not applicable to the third and fourth sail free guests.
      7. Bonus Clubpoints will be credited to The Club membership account within 6 weeks after the purchase, if applicable.
      8. This discount voucher cannot be used in conjunction with online offers or any other promotional offers.
      9. This discount voucher cannot be used in conjunction with credit card/EPS/cash or any other promotional offers.
      10. This discount voucher is applicable to booking a Royal Caribbean Cruise “Voyager of the Seas” sailing or tour; except sailing on 1 July, 2016.
      11. The reference cruise fares on the promotion materials exclude service charges and gratuities, taxes, fees and port expenses and are quoted per adult on twin-sharing interior stateroom basis in Hong Kong dollars. Cruise fares may be changed for any reason at any time and without prior notice.
      12. Valid date of the discount voucher is subject to your purchase date or issue date by The Club. The discount voucher is valid until the printed date. It will expire after the printed valid date plus non-refundable and non-extendable.
      13. Discount voucher will be invalid if defaced and/or damaged.
      14. Customer should present a valid and printed discount voucher when making a “Voyager of the Seas” reservation at Miramar Travel retail shop and provide participant’s information (for instance, name and birth date etc.) to Miramar Travel for booking.  After the confirmation of booking(s), any unredeemed services (including but not limited to cruise accommodation or dining etc.) are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
      15. Except where required by law, under no circumstances are the organizer liable for any damage, loss or personal injury suffered by you, whether the same is caused by our negligence or otherwise. Club HKT Limited shall hold no liability in respect of any loss or damage arising from, incidental to, or in relation to the event.
      16. Terms and conditions of Miramar Travel Limited apply. Miramar Travel Limited reserves the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. In the event of dispute regarding interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Miramar Travel Limited shall be final and binding.
      17. Club HKT Limited shall not be liable for the quality and warranty of the offers, services or products provided by Miramar Travel Limited and Royal Caribbean Cruises HK Limited.
      18. Royal Caribbean Cruises HK Limited reserves the right to cancel or change the itineraries as required. Tickets purchased to the festival are non-refundable.  Club HKT Limited shall not be liable for the carrier may for any reason at any time and without prior notice, cancel, advance, postpone or deviate from any scheduled sailing, port of call, destination, lodging or any activity on or off the Vessel, or substitute another vessel or port of call, destination, lodging or activity.

      23. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
      24. These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English and translated into Chinese. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
