      Clockenflap 2016 －Your Best Weekend of the Year!



      Terms & Conditions
      1. Members of The Club can purchase 450 Clubpoints for $900 to get a complimentary Clockenflap VIP single-day ticket (adult). Alternatively, members can buy 300 Clubpoints for $600 to get a general admission version of the ticket.
      2. Full payment (credit card payment) will be charged on receipt of booking confirmation.
      3. Upon the completion of purchase, Club members will receive a confirmation email and instruction of ticket usage.
      4. All tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and strictly prohibited for re-sell. Tickets will be forfeited if The Club identifies for such incident.
      5. Tickets must be collected / consumed within the designated period and there will be no refund for tickets.
      6. Ticket valid for any one day between November 25 and 27, 2016. Members of The Club can choose any one day to attend the event.
      7. Club member shall be responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during the event. The Club and Clockenflap do not guarantee the quality of the service and shall hold no liability in respect of any loss or damage arising from, incidental to, or in relation to the event.
      8. If a Black rainstorm or Typhoon No.8 alert is hoisted on the date of the event, please contact Clockenflap for the update arrangement of the event.
      9. This special offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
      10. All eligible members and their guests accept and agree that The Club may take and use their photographs or images of the event for commercial purposes. Except where required by law, under no circumstances are the organizer liable for any damage, loss or personal injury suffered by you, whether the same is caused by our negligence or otherwise.
      11. Personal Information Collection Statement: Personal data collected upon the purchase or issue of Tickets may be used for the processing of requests or enquiries, enforcing the terms of the commercial dealings, sending administrative materials to you, our internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical purposes or other directly related purpose, or for legal, safety or security purposes. Provision of personal data for the mandatory fields is necessary. If you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the products or services you requested. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law.
      12. Terms and conditions of Club HKT Limited and Clockenflap apply. The Club reserves the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. In the event of dispute regarding interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of The Club shall be final and binding.
      13. These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English and translated into Chinese. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
