Art Central returns to the Central Harbourfront from 23-26 March 2016 (First Night 21 March)!
Housed in the city’s largest ever temporary structure, the fair welcomes over 100 galleries from across greater Asia and the globe. - Except where required by law, under no circumstances are the organizer liable for any damage, loss or personal injury suffered by you, whether the same is caused by our negligence or otherwise. The Club shall hold no liability in respect of any loss or damage arising from, incidental to, or in relation to the event.
- Event organizer reserves the right to amend or terminate the event. Any updates will be based on announcements from the event organizer. The Club shall hold no liability in respect of any updates of the event.
- Terms and conditions of Club HKT Limited and Participating Merchants apply. The Club reserves the right to amend any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. In the event of dispute regarding interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of The Club shall be final and binding.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
- These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English and translated into Chinese. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
