Terms & Conditions
  1. "One Click to Earn The Club 100 Clubpoints"( the "Promotion") commences on1 November 2017 10:00 a.m. and expireson 30 November 2017 12:00 noon (based on PPS system’s time), both dates inclusive (the" Promotional Period").
  2. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must be a registered member ("Customer(s)") of The Club, a loyalty program operated by Club HKT Limited ("The Club").  To enjoy the 100 Clubpoints(“Clubpoints Reward”), Customers must provide their The Club’s membership number and The Club’s registered member’s name to successfully register the Promotion upon logonto ppshk.com (“PPS Website”).
  3. During the Promotional Period, Customers must follow the instructions to register for the Promotion upon logging onto PPS Website Upon successful registration, each Customer (calculated on PPS account basis – each PPS account is considered as one Customer, including joint account) who pays any new bill(s) of any designated Banking Services & Credit Card Bills with payment amount of HK$2,500or above in the first single transaction via PPS successfully (the "New Bill(s)") within the Promotional Period, will be entitled the Clubpoints Reward.
  4. Within the Promotional Period, only one successful registration of the Promotion in the PPS Website is needed for each Customer. When a PPS account of a Customer has been registered for the Promotion more than one time during the Promotional Period, only The Club’s membership number and The Club’s registered member’s name (“Personal Information”) submitted in the last successful registration eligible for the Clubpoints Reward will be passed to The Club for the fulfilment of Clubpoints Reward.
  5. Within the Promotional Period, only one membership of The Club (The Club’s membership number and The Club’s registered member’s name) can be registered in the PPS Website for each Customer. Each Customer can earn a maximum of 100 Clubpoints during the Promotional Period.

  7. The New Bill of this Promotion(i) must not have been registered by any PPS account before the Promotional Period; and (ii) must be successfully paid with payment amount of HK$2,500 or above in one single transaction via PPS within the Promotional Period . If the New Bill’s first transaction amount is belowHK$2,500, it will not be eligible for the Promotion.
  8. On or before 31 January 2018, Customerswho have participated in the Promotion must not cancel their PPS account, The Club’s membership, and the registered New Bill that has completed payment in the Promotional Period.
  9. Customers failed to register for the Promotion during the Promotional Period shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  10. The EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited(the “Company”) will pass the Personal Information to The Club and The Club will credit the Clubpoints Reward to Customers’ The Club’s account automatically within 2 months after the end of the Promotional Period. The Company will discard the Personal Information after the Clubpoints Reward has been credited. 
  11. It is Customers’ responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the Personal Information submittedfor the Promotion. Personal Information cannot be altered once registration is submitted. Clubpoints Reward will not be re-credited due to inaccurate information provided by Customers.

  13. Clubpoints are offered by The Club and governed by the terms and conditions of The Club (www.theclub.com.hk/tnc). All benefits, amenities, offers, awards and services of The Club are subject to availability and may be changed at any time without notice.   14. Customers should contact The Club directly to enquire about the details of Clubpoints Reward.  The Company cannot provide any Customers’ Clubpoints record for reference.
  15. The Clubpoints Reward cannot be transferred or converted to cash or other prizes.
  16. Any transactions which involve requests of refund and which are found to be fraudulent or any New Bills which have to be cancelled/refunded ultimately , are all excluded from the Promotion and not eligible to the ClubpointsReward.
  17. The Company will verify Customers’ submitted New Bill payment against the Company’s records to determine whether they are eligible for the Clubpoints Reward. Should any dispute regarding the Promotion arise, the decision of the Company and The Club shall be final and conclusive.
  18. All employees and their family members of the Company and/ or The Club are not eligible for the Promotion.

  20. In case of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
