Terms & Conditions
- In order to be eligible for this Promotion, you must be a registered member ("Club Member") of The Club, a loyalty program operated by Club HKT Limited ("The Club").If you are not yet a Club Member, please visit www.theclub.com.hk for registration or call The Club’s Service Hotline 183 3000 for details.
- The Clubpoints promotion commences on 5 February 2018 and ends on 31 December 2018, both dates inclusive. The travel period commences on 5 February 2018 and ends on 31 March 2019.
- Club Members who make a Booking on Expedia.com.hk/theclub (“Website”) and complete their travel will receive 1 Clubpoint for every HK$10 spent on a Hotel Booking and 1 Clubpoint for every HK$60 spent on a Flight Booking.
- “Booking” means (i) a Hotel Booking, being a booking of a hotel labelled “Expedia Rate” on the Website that is fully paid to Expedia at the time of booking and for which the stay is completed; or (ii) a Flight Booking, being a standalone flight booking (ie. not booked as a package with other types of travel products) on the Website that is fully paid to Expedia at the time of booking and for which travel is completed, PROVIDED THAT Member must provide Expedia with his/her full name which accurately matches the Member’s name registered with The Club and his/her The Club account number at the time of booking. If you fill in a wrong or invalid The Club membership number, you will not receive Clubpoints.
- “Booking” excludes a travel booking cancelled, refunded, charged back, disputed by the traveler, resulting from fraudulent or other unlawful activity, or for which Expedia does not receive payment.
- Extra Clubpoints can be earned during promotion periods as notified by The Club and Expedia.
- By completing this booking and keying in your name and valid The Club membership number, you are agreeing to let Expedia send details of your booking to The Club, for the purpose of verifying your membership crediting Clubpoints earned to your The Club account.
- The earned Clubpoints will be credited into the account of The Club card member 1-2 months after completion the stay/travel.
- Clubpoints will not be awarded to Members who elect to use other discounts or promotions e.g. coupon discount code (unless otherwise specified).
- Clubpoints can only be earned by one Member per room and cannot be split between two or more Members occupying the same room.
- Where Clubpoints are earned on the basis of the amount spent, unless otherwise specified, Clubpoints are only earned on the accommodation component of the stay, not on ancillary charges such as meals, minibar, beverages, phone, laundry or other extra costs charged to the room account.
- Club HKT Limited shall not be responsible and liable to the product and service quality provided supplied by the Merchant(s). The Merchant(s) is/are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
- The Club and Expedia reserve the rights to amend any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. In the event of dispute regarding interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of The Club and Expedia shall be final and binding. Expedia refers to AAE Travel Pte Ltd, the operator of Expedia.com.hk.
